The first is my guitarist's cat; he has an appreciation for contrast.
The second is my Rosie, from the local shelter. She's such a butthead sometimes.

Seriously: I second Peepaleep's emotion.

(MD- near D.C.) rescue shelter. We had to drive down to 'meet the doggie' (about 1-1/2 hrs.)- then they sent a lady to 'inspect' our home (see if we were 'dog-worthy' (we were!)... then Max's 'foster mom' brought him to stay! The process was worth it (for all three of us)!
Hope this doesn't get the thread too off- topic...

| | | | Thank you. He is a Maine Coon, so not only is he a pretty cat, but he is a good friend. He, like the rest of the breed, really enjoy your company. The picture on my rig is where he sits while I practice in the morning before I go to work

Maine Coon's are amazingly intelligent and gentle, given their large size... at her prime, Minx was almost 30lbs.
I love Main Coons... but hey, I love cats... period.

Sweet personalities.
