Problem about Lakland sustain

I use older version Lakland 55-02.(with Barts)
I notice that the sustain on low B is shorter than others strings.
Is that Lakland's problem or just the setting of my bass?

I know nothing about 55-02's. I do have a DJ5. I have also played a number of Lakies. US and elsewhere. Never seen a problem with a B. In almost all cases, the B forces me to make a bass face every time I yank on it.

Tell us about your gear, set-up, strings, etc.

Put on fresh strings and have the bass set up at your local music store. Let us know if the problem continues.
