I'm new to the forum, mainly because I am in need of selling one of my bass guitars. I'm on my third year in college and haven't actively played my basses for about two years now sadly. I use to play a lot, in two different bands in highschool and my first year in college. We were togeather about two years and played many gigs, but as college came about we went to different schools and had to stop playing gigs together. I still play here and there but since then I haven't played enough and have gotten into different things (backpacking) and need to afford it w/o putting a major dent in my wallet. Im looking to sell my Dean Edge Improv 5 (Its the older Czech made one, not the ones out now). I've been looking around trying it's worth. I bought this off ebay around 2009 for $150, pretty much stealing it from the guy who sold it for that price. Ive seen several quotes now saying $300 all the way to $600. I was thinking around the $400 range. Its the same specs as the one on Deans site (
http://www.deanguitars.com/content/i...geimprov/2.htm ) exept it hase EMG-HZ active pickups. Flame red, a few small dings, one on the tip on the headstock and on the back of the neck. $400 sound right? Pictures to come soon, I need to take smaller sized ones.
