Question Question for Zon Owners

Have been looking for a new instrument to add to the fold - and think I'm going to try a ZON. As a lefty - it's not all that easy to find good quality instruments, and the Zon's I have heard played have all been outstanding.

I do work with both an Original act (Alt. Rock) as well as a "Seattle Sound" tribute act. Have Legacy, Sonus, and Mosaic available to me, and currently run both Line6 HD400 & Traynor YBA200-2 rigs live.

Would be interested on your thoughts and suggestions as what to try out. Have to mail order, and although I get a very gracious return policy, would rather get it right the first time.

Thanks!

I used to own a Sonus Special 5 string..it was a great bass but I eventually sold it because it was too heavy..

My current fretted 5 is a ZON sonus special and it punches through the live mix like a prize fighter
Highly recommend ZON

i say you can't go wrong with a sonus custom. the legacy line is also top notch as is the tj line if you tend to solo a lot and need easier access. mosaics are nice but to my ears are not the "typical" zon sound.

mail order is rough cause it helps to play first so be certain on the aesthetics at least

I’m not affiliated with the seller I am just a member of the other site. I know someone who has played it and if it’s a light 4 string killer Zon here it is….
