any replacement for this?

You need a 1/4" nut driver with a long shaft. I had to grind the walls of the driver so that I could fit it on the adjustment nuts:

I use a Klein nut driver with the hollow shaft, works great. They're in the electrical tools section at HD.
The one on the Rick site looks like an Xcelite nut driver. Nothing really special.

Any thin walled 1/4" nut driver will do.

I got a Laser one Blue handle with a flexable bendy shaft. got it on amazon UK, works great.
