Sadowsky Case

I used to own a 2001 NYC Sadowsky, and I absolutely loved the case that it came with. From what I can recall, it was supplied by a third party. Now, it seems as though Sadowsky is selling their own in-house Ultralight case, which looks a little different.

I'd like to pick up the same super light, ATA rated, semi-hard case that my old Sadowsky came with, but I can't recall the brand. Maybe I'm remembering it wrong, and it wasn't a third party case, in which I'll just pick up one of the new Sadowsky Ultra Light cases. However, I do recall it being quite different than what is now on the Sadowsky website.

Anyone know who made those old cases, and where I can get one?

Best bet is to call or email them . They'll now for sure.

I think both of the cases are very similar. I actually like the newer case better. The handle is mounted off to the side so the whole thing balances better. I think the pocket on the front might be a little bigger too. One thing I can't stand about my older case when walking...the back corner can drag on the ground.

I'm trying to remember who made it. I can picture the label, but the words aren't coming. It's sitting in storage right now, so I can;t even check it when I get home.

The cases you're probably refering to were made by a company that went out of business:

and this is the new "Ultralites":

That is indeed the case I was talking about. I suppose the fact that they are out of business then puts to rest my search to acquire another one!

Thanks for your help!

Sasowsky case

I would be interested in buying one of your Sadowsky cases if your interested in parting with it.

Thanks,
Gshem
