Sadowsky D-tuner

Hello. If one was to remove the D-tuner (recent Metro Will Lee model), and replace it with a standard tuner - would there be any extra holes, marks, or any other signs that it had been there? Thanks in advance.

Hi

I think you just need to put a normal peg on its place. I know this is true of any NYC I've owned. Call the shop. They can advise you

No, it's a direct replacement. You can go either way without the need of extra hole or anything..

It will drop right in, however if the d-tuner was on there for a long time, and the finish yellowed, you might see the outline of the Hipshot which won't be covered by the new, smaller tuner.
