Anyone out there ever played one? If so, please post us your thoughts on playability, sound and feel.

Looking forward to it!

I played one once. Then a few months later when i had money i bought one.
It is a great feeling bass, nice very playable neck and she's a looker to! I've had her for about a year now and still love her.!
Sound wise... It's power humbuckers!

Is she in blackburst or black highgloss?
Also, is she any good in passive mode?
I'm kind of drooling all over a Bullet Special they sell at Musik Schmidt in Germany for a very reasonable price. Thing is in Belgium they aren't easy to find so trying out before buying is not going to happen. I played two California's though and they realy did it for me, but I need 24 frets and like the shape of the Bullet much more. What kind of band are you playing in? Do you use her for a number of genres, or do you stick to one? My band is a melting pot of influences so my bass has got to brew up different sounds if I need it. There's very little reviews on the net so I was hoping here on Talkbass someone could provide a thorough review. Can you give some more of your opinion on your Bullet?

thanks!

Hi, mine is in blackburst. Its also got a very nice passive sound. The sound can be set very different. I use mine in a folk band, but it also sounds great in blues, rock and raggae. I doubt if its good for metal or hard rock.
