All you SB-2 owners out there how do you have your MFD's set?

I have my J pup higher than the split P. Actually both are pretty high though.

Haven't found that perfect sweet spot yet.

I have my j set higher than the split as well. I like them to be fairly low though. I just kept lowering mine little by little til I found the spot I like.

idk, but i just set the front pickup so the E string sounds good, then i adjust so the A string has equal output, and continue the process. if there's a "right" answer i'd love to hear it though.

J as high as I could go without affecting the strings, output is relatively low on that pu. P at the height that felt comfortable to play over (which is moderately high, but lower than the J). Fortunately, the sound kicks @ss in these positions. The pole pieces are mildly staggered - again, looking to play over them without catching my fingertips! For me the key to this bass is turning down the P somewhat until I find the basic tone I want, then working the J for the right blend.
