Hey guys, I have some claim money on its way from an accident at work, perfect opportunity to buy a new bass guitar, I've come down to two choices, both from Schecter, The 4 string Schecter stargazer and the new 2010 Schecter Ultra basses.

The stargazer instantly reminds me of rickenbaker basses, and from reviews, it can get the rick tone pretty easily, and the Ultra reminds me of a Gibson Thunderbird/RD style bass, Theres no reviews for the new Ultra's yet so if anyones played them, please let me know how they sound, because they look amazing.
It would be handy if I could go to my local and play the basses, but my store does not stock the Stargazer, and the Ultra hasnt been released in the UK yet, so Ebay it might be.
