Schecter Bass

Does anybody know if the pick-ups are supposed to float on the Schecter Stiletto Diamond Series Custom 4 Bass ? both are loose, it seems natural that they float a little Im not familiar with this style bass..

They're not floating. There's likely springs under them that hold them upwards. Which is intentional and allows the adjustment of pickup height.

Thats what I wanted to know..I didn't mean literally floating like nothing is holding them I meant some play or movement..under and around them..thanks..
