Yeah I don't know about drilling it out.. although I tried really forcing the bastard in and it won't budge, so I don't know.

The strings are D'Addario Medium gauge long scale bass strings, for 5 string, .050 to .135.

A question for my fellow schecter owners - I may be having to sell my stiletto extreme 5 soon. What would be a fair asking price? It's less than a year old and in pristine condition.

Dios mio, that Custom active 5 looks sweet. I´ve allways hated the headstocks of Schecter P´s but here even that doesn´t matter.

Dunno specifically, but I can say that both my 004 and Stiletto (both 34" scale) have about 1 1/2" room inside my Gator hard case.
