The bass is in UK, don't know how much US stuff costs over there, but if it is as bad as down here in Brazil I'd say the price is right...

Good points. Over here there are a bunch, so the price is lower. Supply and demand.

UK, European, and Aussie prices are usually almost double what you commonly see in N. America.
A factor of shipping, rarity, and import taxes keeps the prices high.
