SG Bass - EB3 Mod

I've been playing an SG bass since August or so and I've been pleased with it. Even more so after installing a Hipshot bridge. But after reading about the old EB3s, I'm also curious about the possibility of modding my SG into the old EB3 setup.

Has anyone here or elsewhere done this mod? Any help/information with the matter is appreciated.

Anyone know where I can get a proper dial plate for the 4-way switch?
