Short Scale Thunderbird or Explorer???

I am a devout short scale player - don't see myself ever going back. but I love the Thunderbird and Explorer bodies and sound. Anyone know of any out there in short scale version? I know there used to be a short scale thunderbird, but it was too pricey for me. I thought about one of the long scale Epihpones and having it converted, but not sure that would work out. Any ideas on this from anybody?

Here you go

Most all the Explorers were 32"

They have a shorty Flying V too

depends how our opinions of pricey differ ( a Gibson is still a longgg way off for me) but have you checked to see if the ESP phoenix comes in a short scale setup? that would fit with your need for a thunderbird style body at least
