Which should I upgrade first ?

Right now i'm playing out of a b115 with a b200a. The bass I'm playing with at the moment is a shecter diamond series c-4 xxx and I play reggae. I want to upgrade my equipment but I don't know which I should upgrade first. I would appreciate your guy's opinion

So what aspect of your bass playing are you unsatisfied with? What do you want, in terms of upgrades? There are numerous factors that can be included in your dilemma.

More bottom end for your reggae? Get a Telecaster Bass and more cabinets.

Better looks? Take a look at the TB classifieds.

More power? Get a bigger amp (and more cabinets)

Better playability? Go out and try out some basses...

It really depends on what you're wanting to change, but I'd personally upgrade your rig first.

I might recommend cowbell first, but that's not for everybody.

Budget allowing of course, a rig and maybe a few tone effects. I don't have the fiscal prowess to augment my rig, so I ended up with this:
EHX.com | Germanium 4 Big Muff Pi - Distortion/ Overdrive | Electro-Harmonix

Yes, a guitar pedal. I dual-hat as a guitarist and it works great for both.

More bottom end would be great for me. Thanks for your suggestions. I'll look more into tele basses.

In that this is the bass forum, I'll give you the conventional wisdom and say get a precision with flats.

For the amp, check the amp forum. If you're gigging, you need more amp. If you're not it makes no difference.
