Talking Show me your baswood dents & dings

I haven't really thought about the "issue" of dents and dings on my bass when I bought a Squier CV Jazz. Heck, it was heavier than my Yamaha BB414 which was alder, and I always take care of my basses and guitars anyways. So how bad can a basswood body really be huh? Felt damn sturdy to me.

Well, I've only owned it for a little over 4 months and it got dented on a few places, with one considerable dent on the side of the bass.

Yuup, that's the one.
The worst thing, I babied my bass and took really good care of it, and I earned this dent without even knowing it or using it. (but there's already a thread about it, it dented in a gig bag during transportation, and only God knows how).

Conclusion - basswood dents even when you just look at it.

So show me your basswood basses (or guitars I guess) with dents and dings! I'm sure mine will have plenty of more to come, and that's fine! Bring it on!
Bonus points to those who actually know how they got their dent!
