hard to tell but it is very metallic red. I think they call it Burnt Apple. I have it written down somewhere.

Really though, when I was seventeen I had only owned a total of one basses, even though I had played for a few years by then. And while I gigged occasionally, REAL gigging didn't happen until college...and then that prolonged college for a few years.
