I know the purists love the natural grain finishes but I love paint. I reckon a well painted bass can look equally at home as a piece of art on the wall as a functioning instrument on stage.
Here's my Jellyfish Bass to get started. It's got a Badass bridge, Duncan electronics and Gotoh everything else. I know it's not for everybody but I love it.



So let's see some other hand painted basses...

Man I love these painted beauties and while I have about 15 basses I don't own one that is painted. I am now thinking that if I sold just one cheap one I could get someone to paint another ....WOW I'm gonna do it !! lets see some more I love this!

i wonder... would you be willing to do painting basses as a service?

i love natural wood ... but i can always appreciate good paintings especially on basses
