Are those single coils like in the modern sb2 or are they humbuckers?

SB-2 Tribute in Bordeaux Red Metallic

I got back into the bass after a 10+ year break. Was trying out various Fender Jazz models at my local shop, then tried the SB-2. Fell in love with the snarl, and have never looked back.

They're cool but $400 for a finish is pretty dear. When I decide to get another g&l, it'll prob be an el tookay.

yea, the best I can describe it is "massive"

love it already and I haven't had a chance to play it too long. Of course now I have to hope that a tornado doesn't take it away...

Here's an old picture of my lovely SB-2.

I usually bring my L-2500 to gigs these days but here it is in action a few weeks back.
