I really have a fondness for alot of those Japanese basses made back in the day. I`m not talking so much about Fender MIJs, or run-of-the-mill Ibanezes. I`m talking about the kinda kooky ones or the clones. Anyone else share my interest in that chapter of bass design ? Let`s see `em !

| | | crazy these basses are all ive been able to think about for the past few days. i'll have an old teisco-ish bass in my stable one day, preferably an NB-4 or TB-64, god i love everything about the way those basses look
These aren't mine but in case you don't know what those specific basses look like..

There were PBass and Tele bass versions, fretted and fretless, Lace sensor pickup and a piezo under the bridge.. They sounded like.. well.. a PBass to be honest, not as different as you would think. That has to be one of the "clunkiest" headstocks I've seen in a while. That's a compliment BTW, and the string wrapping execution is very appropriate as well, this gets overlooked a lot and is highly underrated, IMO.
