But not as great as the John Denver album cover above it.

I bought a set of Wilde pickups as they are the ones being made by Bill himself. Just fantastic tone and dead quiet. Cheap too $60-ish per pickup

Well a lot of people ignored the Precision part. There are several other body styles in this thread besides the traditional P bass. That's alright. It's just nice to see a good variety of P/J basses IMO!

Wow, that body is really gorgeous. I've often thought about building a Warmoth bass, I'm sure it'd be a blast.

Yeah, the original intent was to have people show their Precisions only, but I'm having so much fun with this that I just don't care anymore.

Have at it with P/J basses of all kinds!!!

Thanks! This was my first full Warmoth. I had the neck for some time and when I saw this body in their "Thrift Shop" (that's how long ago this was) I knew I had to have it. They routed for the J for me and I was off. I've since built 3 more Warmoths and every one is a gem. I'd recommend it.

Here are my other P/J's"

It was already complete when I found it in their "Thrift Shop" - that goes back a while. I must say it's one of the nicest blue bursts I've ever seen. They managed to do it without getting that green effect you sometimes see. Their finishes are first rate.
