Here's link to my ad: FS/FT feeler: 2010-11 Fender P Deluxe - MIM - Red body, maple fretboard |

...now wishing one of these were a 5er..... | I hear everyone say how "cheap" white guards look, but I wholeheartedly disagree. Old yellowed white guards are the best.
Here is my P/J.
Too bad it just doesn't seem to have the tone my Squier CV P has. I don't claim to know the reason (VVT syndrome/etc) but sadly it is for sale. If I didn't want a P5 so bad I would probably invest some money into this thing to get it to sound the way I want.

Haven't had a chance to make a decent recording with it yet - it's strung with rounds and my Duck Dunn Signature with GHS flats fits the music I'm playing better right now:
Hope to record it soon, but before then I think I want to try and record my '96 MIJ Bass VI RI first... |

Performer (J&D) PBJ. 3VT controls, custom black tape technology™ on the pickups.
Soon (hopefully) to be transformed into a three-pickup, five-control, double-output beast. I plan to wind all three pickups myself.
