Slang/Short Hand

I wounder if it would be possible to have a List of Short Hands you lot use..

like GAS (think i think of is GAS!) PUP (Play Up Pompey)
as i dont use these every day, i just would like some were to ref to them when i need them. Even Dating has short hand and you need to know it for well going on dates.. GOSH and such i wont go in to the more x-rated ones but.. you get the picture..

Would be good as a STICKY POST .. HINT HINT

I Edited the List below so you could have a Alphabet list, and as people say them and i get around to edited it .. ive put them in the places the A-Z there is because i never learnt the song.. so i get lost in the middle ABCEDEGHIJKLMNOP____XYZ
QR..ST..U.VW are the ones i keep forgetting .. should remember VW (Volks Wagon) and i knwo ST are together just need to remember were and the QR and U

You will notice that, rather than starting arguments across the Internet, people will use lots of "in my opinion" slang and smilies to convey their intention, or hide behind their convictions.
