Yep, you want to use rounds....It is really challenging to do on flats but I have done it...

I made a new logo for the band
I've always loved the Ouroboros symbol and concept. The reason for the "Asian" looking font is because our Keyboardist is Japanese and the Guitarist / Vocalist is part Asian as well :P

I'd love to hear a Spector through your Thunderfunk if you have any clips - paired with the Berg, that's a really sweet rig!

That would be great if you can post slap basics.
That must be my problem, I must be using my forearm instead of my wrist.

Not to worry. I will go through the hand and wrist positions and the most important part is to make sure that you do some light stretching exercises to keep from causing issues that come up as carpal tunnel later...

So what you are saying is I shouldn't be swinging my arm from over my head to hit the strings? Haha, the scary thing is, I know I am swinging my arm and that is why i am so terrible. Factor in that I only own 5 string basses so the string spacing is tighter and you can imagine how bad I am at slap bass playing

String spacing is not as much of an issue as thumb and wrist coordination. I will try to get the first vid posted in the next day or two...

I like to use my forearm as an anchor on the bass. That way you don't have to worry about looking at your slapping hand and can concentrate on your fretting hand. The right hand is on auto pilot like its not even there.

My forearm moves a little here and there. I am used to larger bodied basses so I am readjusting a little to the NS body shape.
