I am all for the plum!!! Nothing girly about it! I have a bubble gum pink bass with LEDs that was made in the 80's in UK that is a real crowd pleaser. Color does not matter...I have used it for metal too

I have/had a plum CR4FM. It's currently being refinished. It was a bit dinged up when I bought it. Very unique color though.

Plum isn't girly unless you bedazzle the whole thing with rhinestones. Plum alone with black hardware is rawkin'!

I'm kind of "meh" on the plum, but the trans purple on the USA basses drops my jaw every time I look at it!

You wouldn't bedazzle it, though, right? Please say you wouldn't.

Thanks! Got a Legend with HZ's and tonepump. hmm.. should I go for new 35DC on this one and pass down the HZ's and tonepump to the performer? thats food for thoughts

Just recorded something with my NS-2 to see how it sounds...
I was feeling the funk....and some Flamenco :P

Clean sound. Plugged direct into the Sound Interface. No EQ. Slight Compression. Bass EQ: Treb-full, Bass-full, Blend-mid.

I will have to get a HAZ for my Forte and Euro now. I may even get one for my car....

On a side note...flamenco on bass hurts thy nails much.

Oh man if your NS-95 was this color of plum that was gorgeous! When I think of plum I think of more purple-ish. Have any pics of the ole NS-95? Love to see it! Here's a pic of my old NS-95.

Nice! I love that little bit right around the 0:29 second mark. Well done.

Thank you thank you thank you than you.
Needs a lot more accuracy and work though ...

On another note... I remember now why I though the "Black Album" sounded so good!

I was all ready to try the Cobalts on my Euro 5 today but I had very recently put Fat Beams on it and after playing it with those on I have to stick with this for a whole. Best DR strings I've used yet.

Cobalts will make those Fat Beams sound like Flats.
