We are just blowing up this forum

And since the Euro 4LX doesn't get as much play time, I will show off some of her purdy parts.

Dude. I played that NS-4 at Bass Central last October and LOVED IT so... that bass has a fantastic neck and the quilt/blue-black finish is so sick.

When you see the Blue Dream later this year (my USA NS-2JJ - Doug Wimbish signature), I sent Stuart photos of YOUR bass to show him the finish color I wanted. The ONLY difference is mine will have a very slight burst on the outside edge (in black) and the neck and headstock will be black. I'm doing the same high gloss clear coat (always for me).

I love your bass. It's really an amazing NS-4.

JPS, Thank You so much for the compliments.
The blue really is amazing, and as you know, pictures just don't do it justice. I wish I had even 1/2 of your photography skills - my "Revenge" NS-4 deserves better photos than I know how to take.
Looking forward to the debut of the Blue Dream - it sounds like it will be stunning.

My black NS2a.
All hardware replaced with new gold hardware. The electronics are new EMG actives and new tonepump. I bought this from Peledog, he did many of the upgrades, I finished it off. It has a Ian Hill look, plays and sounds great!

Dude, so nice. Are you going to do the smadder set up on it? Or well enough alone?

In! Wow! We blazed thru part 35 in a week I think?!?! FYI I'm selling my Ampeg PF-500 amp. Looking at something bigger to that'll fill my SVT 810e. It's on TB classified.

Congrats smadder! Glad you're blown away by it! You and I are the only ones on here with the Forte 5, so far. Which preamp did you get?
Have a blast playing!
