It's $1225 and that includes fully insured UPS ground shipping. Aside from opening it and inspecting it, it is brand new and has not been used. The strings were a bit funky, so I put a fresh set of Sadowsky light gauge black label steels on it. Otherwise it is in factory-fresh condition and I can't find a flaw on it.

Please PM me if interested. The money is going towards medical debt, not GAS/SAS/AAS/CAS/PAS or hookers and blow, so please know that if you take it off my hands I'll be really grateful. And again, I'm posting here instead of the classifieds so club folks and potential Spector family members can take a shot at it.

I treat people who buy from me very, very well, so I think you'll be happy both during and after the transaction. This is a bass that usually goes for $1700-$2000 new. This is a chance to get one at a very affordable price that is just a bit more than used and obviously way, way less than new.

My camera and photography skills are second to absolutely everyone walking the planet, so I apologize for the quality . I will try for more in a different light if requested/before going to the main classifieds on TB.

Somebody buy this please. I'm loosing sleep knowing this thing is available so cheap.

I've always wanted one of those. I love the look of it.

This reminds me. I've started a baby sitting service for spectors. Send them to me, and they will be well taken care of.

My wife then flies back home late Dec. and I am off to Southern Patagonia to do a few treks in the Patagonian Andes for another 6 weeks.
I'll be spending some time in El Chalten, Argentina (one of my favourite places), Torres Del Paine (my 4th time now...) and making my way up through the Chilean Carretera Austral back to Santiago and fly back home to Vancouver.

I will try to keep in touch as much as possible, though part of this trip is to disconnect from technology. Unfortunately, I will miss playing a lot...I already miss my basses and playing with the band. This is the only bummer for me really. I will truly miss it!!!!!

I encourage everyone to do an image search of the places mentioned above....simply stunning. Southern Patagonia is one of the most pristine places I've ever been to.

Take care everyone and play your Spectors a bit extra for me!

On top of Osorno Volcano 2010 with my wife!

They just jumped onstage during the last song. I tried to talk to them afterwards but they ran out of the club like their asses were on fire.

I just changed the hardware on my NS2A to Gold from the original Black. Looks great! Really pops against the transparent blue finish!

I know I'm in the minority but black hardware rules!

Chrome is a semi-close second.

As soon as my P-bass is done being resto'd, I'm putting gold hardware on my Black Cherry Rebop. Knobs, Tuners & bridge with intonation screws.

Something about Red with gold is really appealing.

I am in that minority too! I would choose black or chrome hardware over gold 97.482% of the time.
