Yeah we have 4 kids and I work two full time jobs so I get it too man........i beat myself up more so. I often feel bad...then i got in my walk in and spare room and see the piles of crafting supplies she has, and I feel better about buying that next bass............
My issue will be a 3-4 day trip away from home without her and the kids.....i'll get the.......why do you get to run away and have fun with out us and have a bunch of fun while we are stuck at home..... speech. LOL | Quote:

I'm not her father and she's not my mother. And the motorcycle thing: Even after my first wreck that landed me in a 3 day coma she let me decide whether or not to keep riding. So I did. After the second wreck 3 years and 65,000 miles later which separated my shoulder busted a rib and my left wrist that needed surgery she STILL let me make the decision. So I decided to stay in the saddle. I changed my mind though when I saw the look on my kids faces when I was suiting up for the next ride. They looked at me like they were never going to see me again. I just couldn't do that to them. So I sold the mighty GS and haven't ridden since.

A helmet is just no match for some nitwit in an SUV fumbling around with his iphone. It bums me out but it's the truth.

Chrome Spector Hardware | Nice choice of options, quite unique. The JJ pickups and 1.5 nut is very jazz bass inspired. I'd be interested to hear you thoughts on the sound of the JJ setup.
The color scheme is very "arctic".
So yesterday a guy in sunny California gets an "arctic" bass and a guy in icebox land gets a "Bahama" bass.

If that guy drove a car that day, it would have been just a fender bender and I wouldn't cringe when I see a guy riding a cycle (especially in traffic). I'm really a wus about that.
Plus the outfit with the chaps, leather straps and stuff remind me of the Village People. I don't like the village people but I don't want run over a guys face either.
