Oh my! That is a good price! And he's willing to negotiate! A very very nice burl popular! One of the nicer ones of seen too. With a good shoulder strap you could handle it.

Back in the mid 70's when I was living in New Mexico a couple of WWF wrestlers were rehearsing in our gym. It was then I discovered about all the coragraphing that goes into making the "show", who wins this time etc...lol I couldn't watch WWF or now WWE anymore.

EDIT: Brian will be doing some videos with this guitar and we might make a trip out to Patrick (if he is cool with it) to do a video with his help.
That's awesome Donny! Looking forward to hearing you two playing Spectors together!

In any case, i think my Forte 5 went from number 3 to number one over the last couple of jams. Didn't see that coming!

I own an absolutely sick looking/playing/sounding MTD 535 as well as my old workhouse Modulus Quantum 5 Sweetspot. My MTD was my go to for the last while with the Modulus as a backup.... Then the Spector moved up to backing up the MTD as the tone was better for my current band than the Q5. Today I didn't even play the MTD.

I am super happy with the Spector. It is a beast at 11.7lbs, but on a good strap it isn't heavy to me.

IME, the Spector does everything as good as my MTD and Modulus except for slap (Damned good on the Spector, but the Modulus and MTD are both a bit better) and clean ballady stuff. I didn't like my tone on Clapton's Wonderful Tonight with the Forte as a rare example. Just nitpicking, but everything else, the Spector sounds killer. For fun we ran thru Livin' After Midnight and we added it to the setlist as it sounded great. I don't play with a pick much, but that tune with a Spector and a pick is killer.

I just might be looking for a 2nd Spector soon.
Yep! That usually happens sooner or later. Before you know it...you'll look behind you and say,"Where did those 6 Spectors come from"?! Haha

Guys, what are the options in a Spector PJ config but in a 5er?

Ideally Czech, and if I buy, it will be used.

Thanks!

Post some pics of those bad boys & join the club!

Oh, and as for B.W. movies, "The Last Boy Scout" is one of my faves.

I was just checking that out myself. Looks like Webster inlays. I'd guess that bass will go for quite a bit due to the history, but it might be fun to chase for a while!

By the way, if you haven't heard any, their new stuff is REALLY good!

Hey Patrick, any word as to when more info on the coda pro models will be released? Probably after NAMM, right?

I'm really stoked for those models. I'm probably gonna end up delaying my plans for a b3k and sell some stuff to pick one of those up...

Nah, if I had one I wouldn't sell it. I've been saving for one for a while, all of the demos sound so great. With a Spector... Oh man.

If anyone is looking for a B7K (Gen. 1) for cheap hit me up. With my new amps I'm finding I'm not using it.
