Todd, this is the best color scheme of any bass I've ever seen. Perfect. Especially the way that ebony with abalone inlays meet the body color.

Well-played, Todd. That finish is amazing, as are the inlays. Impeccable choices, as always.

If only I had an extra $5400 laying around. That NS-2 is a drop-dead gorgeous. It looks like it's on fire.

Man, I wish I could justify a bass at this cost! I'd marry that.

Thread moving fast again.....

Todd - just gorgeous. The ebony looks great on that bass. Almost looks like the ultraviolet on the edges of the burst. Can't imagine how that looks in person.

Omer - great tracks and awesome that you're featured on the Spector site. Congrats!

I am not an amber guy, but damn that one is pretty. Not helping my wait time!

Having been married for almost 10years now, I can tell you this......buy it. This is why

In the long run its cheaper than a marriage, or what it will cost you to maintain one

You will never have a fight with it, and it won't insult you

It will always look very pretty and never gain weight

You can do whatever you want to it and get no complains

It will never give you a honey do list.....

I'm not against marriage....just being funny. Maybe I should write a real list of reasons why buying a costly bass is better than getting married. Haha

that amber ns2 is a travesty. just look at it. the quilt is way tighter on one half than the other. they need to send it to me so I can properly ensure that it never sees the light of day again.

Been married, and divorced...hence why I lack the funds to buy one. :P

ok, quick add.......another reason: if it ever leaves you it takes nothing with it...(like half everything)

Also if you ever get frustrated with it, you can just lock it in the closet or shove it under your bed until you want to deal with it......lol

Spector just posted a Buck-eye NS-5 B/O on Facebook, and it got me wondering. If they can match the top on the ReBop to the neck extension, why don't they on all the US bolt-ons?

So Beibers bassist is a Spector artist? I listened to "beauty and a beat". Or whatever the name of that song is with Nicki Minaj......nice use of a lot of octaves......bet he makes a fair salary playing those lines.....
