Bahama Blue doesn't look the same in person as it does in pictures...In person it actually has a green hue in it like the Caribbean, more Aqua bluish.

You all have some cool looking Spectors, I love the blue Coda you have Ice. Here is a picture of my rig and now it's time to get some practice in before tonights show!

Just got a message that my Aguilar PJ pickups and OBP-2 pre came in for my Euro 4LX. Hope to have it all wired up by the end of the week!

Old school to the max and road tested, when I first got this set-up 20 years ago I had one of the 18" speakers go out and then just a few months ago I had to get the crossover fixed (the guy did a great job and has done work for Tom Petty), the Mark 8 also has a crossover and I split it into the PV8.5C to run stereo.

I had a 1820 cab in high school.

they should have named it "the 120". Because it's 120 lbs.

Yep, had one in my first quality band. The bassist in the other band we shared rehearsal space with had a Trace Elliot rig with an 810 cab. I had a GK 800RB and the Peacey 1810. It was the "fridge" and the "freezer". Our practice room was upstairs and we gigged every weekend. Brutal........ When the 18 blew at a show in Jackson, I gave it to the opening band's bassist for $40.

aw, dude, i saw type o negative a crazy long time ago and peter steele was using a small wall of those peavey cabs (max preamps as usual and peavey power amps) and it _killed_...if i had the juice, i would have one of those rolling racks with a couple thousand watts and a half dozen of those black widow peavey cabs

You don't want to lift the 1820 enclosure with someone who is shorter than you and try to go up steps that's for sure, I leave one cab at home for practice and use the other one to play out with but the guys still complain about it and thank God for the dolly! lol...it is a monster cab.

The PV8.5C has 550 watts per side and it's cool to run out of the Mark 8 crossover sending the lows to side A and the highs to side B then bi-amp the signals into the 1820's. Most club's or casino's I just run one cabinet for a monitor/stage sound and then DI to the board for the out front mix.

Thank's for enjoying my rig and I'm happy to bring back the memories to everyone who has had to lift (stay fit) with the enclosure!

I had another companies version which had (2) 18's & (2) 10's in a fridge size cab. Using a Carver PM1.5 as a power amp and a Peavey Probass 1000 Pre. Talk about some low end.....And a heavy ass cab........
