That neck is gonna feel thicker than your used to. Thats what I thought the time I got to play a Forte. Its a good feeling neck crafted by the master. I want to get a forte someday. Looks cool too.

I have an old Ibanez phaser that works ok, but listening to Nugent's Stranglehold that dude has some seriously fat sounding phaser tone on that bass. I hear its an MXR but not sure. Ideally I want something warm and decently shapeable, but can't be too big, only have space on my pedalboard for a normal-sized pedal.
And obviously it needs to be able to handle the hot output of my Spectors!
