I got a used VM Olimpic white with maple fretboard on CL a few weeks back.
It had a dent on the top and then I put a huge dent in it when it fell off the couch when I turned away.
I was going to paint it but now I had to paint it.
I filled in the holes with wood filler but every time I tried to sand it down I would take more wood than filler.
I ended up using a bondo type filler, allot easier to work with.
After I fixed the dents I gave it to a good friend of mine (Car Painter). He painted it Pearl for me.
This is the result. I also added:

- '62 Precision Bass pickup
- Thumb rest
- Electronics
- Knobs
- Plate cover
