The Ray 35 is a very nice sounding and looking bass. If I do ever get one, it will be just like the one you're playing. Very nice job!

Wow! Great review (so good to see and hear video clips with such good sound quality ).

Nice playing and a really interesting bass, too. I have the regular Sterling 34 and would have been much happier with a 2 band EQ, but it wasn't an option when I bought mine.

I think that 'Sterling' will sell a ton of these new ones .

Nice review of the Ray34CA, so much so that I had a GAS attack! And I thought I had it under control

Nice work Steve!

I've been meaning to ask to get together so I can check those out... I didn't get a chance to at the last GTG.

Take care.

I just bought the Sterling by Music Man Ray 35 NAT finish. I am very happy with this purchase. The tonal options, finish, action, and most of all sound are impressive. Its a 5 string bass and when i got it I set it up to my preferances plugged it in and played for 5 enjoyable hours. Its got a 3 band active EQ, HB Pick up with a 3 position switch. The only thing I may change is the nut and upgrade it to a earvana nut.
