Custom Ernie Ball Music Man Stingray (natural wood finish) trade/buy

Quote:
this is a completely custom bass that i had made for me when ernie ball music man had the make your own bass custom orders in 2009

why its custom:

- i asked for a natural wood finish, raw, not shiny
- i asked for bartolini bass pickups for a better sounding bass
- i usually trip and pull out the chord when i play since it comes out through the bottom so i asked for it to come out through the front of the body with only 3 tone knobs instead of 4
- when i do bass spins and all that stuff i usually get the bottom tuner knob of the bass caught in something so i asked for a headstock that has 4 on the top as opposed to the usual 3 on top 1 on bottom
- they let me put a custom logo on my bass, which is right next to the ernie ball logo
- i asked for a 4 screw backplate so there are less holes = better sound (as opposed to the 6 hole backplate)

its natural raw wood finish with black stripe along the edge of the body
bartolini pickups sound amazing
brand new strings

selling it because i dont play bass anymore.

note: this IS a CUSTOM stingray model that i payed about 500 bucks extra to make so OBVIOUSLY its not going to look like all of the other stingray models

700 dollars OR trade for a GOOD bass...no ****** mexican made fenders or squiers or ibanez stuff
Who else can say "partially stripped Chinese knockoff with a bartolini pickup?"

I asked him for some more pictures.

I could see maybe someone saying that "I bought this bass and was told as a custom" and being totally clueless while selling it. Not a straight up lie in everything single thing as to why its not a real Ray.

Dang, I missed out on the 2009 - make your own custom order deal!!! I suspect I could have had a 19mm spaced SR5 - seeing all the "custom" stuff on this baby...

is that a truss rod access hole @ the base of the headstock? I think even the OLP's had the adjustment wheel...

"no scammers"

Why do people have to lie so much?

My face hurts from laughing at this add. I dont recall EBMM offering a custom pick Your own parts bass, that was made out of cheap import parts.

It looks like an OLP with a decal. Since when does EBMM take custom orders for under $1500? LOL

Ask for a serial number and check with EBMM '2009 super awesome custom order shopping spree database'.

Its not even an OLP. They had a license to copy the EBMM headstock design.

That is a rather poor copy of a Stingray.

What an idiot! No one is going to believe that bass has ever been near the Ernie Ball factory!
