Stingray5 HH feels awkward. Anyone else?

After many years of playing a Stingray5 H, I've recently acquired an SR5 HH. I've always loved the feel of the neck and how the body sits, but the added pickup takes a little getting used to. I'm not much of a slap/pop guy, but when I do, the neck pickup is right there in the way. I want to love this bass because the tones are incredible and again, the neck. Sucks having to make those little adjustments to accomodate a new pickup.

If you love the sound just keep playing it, you'll get used to that neck pickup.
