Stinky bass

Sign in to disble this ad
I just bought a 76 Jazz bass from an old guy, he was the original owner of it but he change several things (pickups, bridge and tunners). The bass is in an excellent condition but it has a total turn off.... It stinks, it smells like moisture (hoping it's not urine jajajajajaja), the string thing it's that the original hard case smells ok.

What can I do to kill/eliminate the odor?
