Great story. I recovered my 79' Music Man Sabre earlier this year after it had been stolen from me 26 yrs ago. It was an unbelievable feeling to get it back.

I wish I can recover my uncle's Spector that was stolen from his house in 1990. Was that bright red Spector was known for.

I am happy for you,I had two amps stolen this summer and I would love to post a similar thread only I did'nt log the serial numbers(let this be a lesson to moi) I can identify them though and the police told me if I see them call the cops back and besides there a many pics taken over a few years of me using them to offer some kind of proof I suppose anyhoo congrats
