Surf Green Jazz PG Poll 1 Attachment(s) Fairly straightforward (despite the fact that my Surf Green body photographs to look blue with every camera I own). Tell me which you think looks best--I had all 4 colors on hand and can switch them whenever I like. --Steve |
No doubt about it: brown tort! |
I like the black, Parchment would look great.. |
none of the above... white MOTO. or maybe dark grey MOTO? |

I'd say white pearloid. Failing that, white, then black. Brown and red clash too much with the green I think. |
For surf green? White, or some other version of white like parchment, pearloid, or mint. |
White mother-of-toilet-seat! |
The brown only works if the brown hue very closely matches the rosewood.....otherwise White without a doubt. That blue is delicate and deserves to be the focus of attention,...the red or brown overpowers it. Black is neutral (and even matches other elements) so it is ok too. (trust me - I have a B.F.A. :D) |
White. I'm a bit of a traditionalist when it comes to surf green. |

http://www.guitarfetish.com/Jazz-Bas...h-_p_4480.html Super light--nearly 3 lbs lighter than the body it replaced. The machining wasn't perfect, but with some TLC it worked great and makes a great gigging bass. --Steve |
Definitely white |
brown tort. so you can be like me. :) ![]() |

If you want that surf green to pop with a vintage look, a mint green guard is what you want. |
that bass would look great with a maple fingerboard |

With the added comment of "and pearl blocks" To the OP: My answer is E: None of the above. Cream or parchment pearloid on that bass would look killer (that means good!). |
