The first thing to look at is whether the neck heel fits into the neck pocket on the body. The next thing to look at is whether the screw holes in the neck line up with the screw holes in the body. Screw holes can be re-drilled on the neck but if they are too close to the original holes you will have to drill the original holes and glue in hardwood dowels for strength.
If the neck fits into the pocket you need to measure the scale length. The distance between the nut and 12th fret should closely equal the distance between the 12th fret and the bridge saddle. If the bridge saddle is somewhere in the middle of the measurement in its adjustment range you are probably OK. Bridges can be moved, it's just a matter of how picky you are about exposed screw holes.
