I, personally, speaking for me, and myself, would like it duly noted that, in my own personal estimation and assessment at this particular time, viv a vis the whole bass in question thing posited herein, is that, this, specifically, looks awesome.

It's like a Nakashima bass.

I really dug it ! my only quibble is that I really liked the look of the pickup bezels, too bad you couldn't reuse them with the j-pups, I thought they really pulled the room together.
