Thinnest profile bass necks?

Which basses have the thinnest necks in your experience?

So far the thinnest I've ever played was a Nordy vJ4 (slimmer then a Fender Jazz).

Do you recommend any particular model of theirs?

Gotta be the 4 string Ibanez SR range. Smaller in the hand than any Jazz bass neck I have had. Quality basses as well. Any model from the SR300 up.

Ibanez basses are very consitant, nice basses. The question is how much do YOU want to spend and how many strings.

Definatly get a bass that has either the Bartolini or Nordstand pickups. You won't regret it.

Ibanez uses a standard scale length unless you get the cheapy 1/2 size bass.

An Ibby SR's neck is about the same nut width of a Fender J, but is a bit thinner (front to back) at 19.5mm. Also - I had a Luna Andromeda that was nearly the same as the SR.

Strangely enough I owned two SR 500`s and a SR 700, both with the Bart`s and I prefer the pickups/active circut on the 2012 model SR300 that I own. However I would love to get my hands on the SR 1200 with the Norstrands.
