Tort Pickguard and a little zen

Just put a tort pickguard on my 96 mexi-precision. I really like it. It originally came with strat type knobs because thats how the did it in mexico back it the 90s. I think I will put the mex-strat knobs back on ......

I love that look. My local L and M have a old stock Squier P Special there I think I could get for cheap and I have the pickguard. I also have a 51 pickup gathering dust...hmmm "Oh honey I have to go out for an hour!!!" hehehe

Looks great. I like the strat knob style on precisions, myself. Having started playing on an early 90s standard jazz, I got used to them, and find the numbers useful.
