Squier White 60's CV Jazz $199 108533041 108648886 108509630 108550446
Squier Nat VM Jazz $199 108374179 108642844 108549526 108639013 108653724 108632786
Squier Sunburst VM Jazz $199 108666387 108634677 108649979
Best thing about buying used from Guitar Center is that you can return to any store for a refund for 30 days if you need to.

Reason: added the word "used" for clarity.

$240 sounds high for a used VMJ four but in the right price range for a pristine used VMJ-5.

| | | | Sounds high. I paid $140 for mine. Love it. Craigslist. |

| | | | Mine came new from MF yesterday. Looking it over closely today I noticed that the neck pickup isn't centered- it's offset towards the G string so that the E is barely over the outside polepiece?? None of the strings are centered between the two polepieces. Anyone elses? |

I'm only using it at home, and I plan on replacing the bridge PU with a P-style, so is it a big deal at all?

Bob | OCD? Well that's the first time I've been accused of THAT!

| | | | Just curious, what percentage of Squires or MIM Fenders do you all think remain unmodified? |

| | | So no big deal? Strings are centered on neck, bridge appears to be in the right place. Full disclosure: I only play at home, might replace neck pickup anyway with a P at some point.

They are available a lot of places, including here: http://www.guitarpartsresource.com/bass_saddles.htm (Right end of the top and middle rows.)
Those will give you the most flexibility to position your strings.
