But hey, whoever bought those Pro Bass electronics a couple of weeks ago can sure make a hell of a bass out of this!

It´s Shedua (Ovangkol) but looks less brownish that other ones I´ve seen.

He does most of what you would consider luthier work himself. |

Paul employs a few guys for "minor" works (bridge polishing/ assemblying, shipping....), but when it comes to luthiery it's a one man operation! Everything from cutting, glueing, shaping, finishing is done by The Man himself.
Back in Nov. 2010, when I went to the workshop to order my mkII, Paul was applying (spraying) high gloss finish to 2 (two!!) necks....
Paul is The Man!!!!!! |
