wal mk1 VS wal pro

Hi guys, someone could tell me please the main differences bitween this to basses? i'm sure there's some guy that tried both basses!! i'm looking for a wal 4 string and i found a pro bass here in itlay, so i just want to be sure wich are the differences!! thanx guy, sorry my english isn't so good!!

Mk has the filter preamp. The Pro 'e' version has a more traditional although unique preamp. I have a ProIIe and love it. A lot of the Wal sound is the pickups but I'd bet the filter per gives more options. I wouldn't pass up the Pro if its a good price

I have a Pro IIe and some customs. Other then the obvious diference of controls and such, The electronics in the old Pro models are very different to the Custom models.. though having said that, Wal basses do have a 'sound' that is quite distictive and IMO, can be heard in both the Pro Models and the Customs. However, the Custom models have a much more versatile e.q. system..
picture a Mk I with a bit less of a glassy top-end, and perhaps a tiny bit more low-end... Love em both though !!
