Warmoth owners...

Hey TB, question for you guys who own a Warmoth build. Did it become your main gigging bass? I understand putting one together for the cosmetic choices, and I read the quality is great. But did it actually replace your jazz, P, etc? Or is it just another axe in the stable?

Mine is my main giging bass now. 71 Fender fretless neck on a Warmouth body.

My gecko medium 5-string was my go-to live bass for years; now I gig with it 1/2 of the time. I get lots of questions and comments on the bass, mostly positive

Thanks guys. I'm considering building a Stingray clone as I've never been completely satisfied with any EB I've owned.

I've never gigged either of mine. I just play it safe with my tuxedo Fender Jazz.

My first build is a walnut bodied fretless, the nicest bass I ever played. The other is a surf green fretted jazz bass. Neither of them were a good fit for the last gig I was playing.
