Yeah, that bass is dynamite and the lighting of the photo really makes the body look spectacular.

Pics of my (bass) pride and joy as promised:

Allison
2000 Warmoth Jazz

Black Limba (Korina) body
Wenge neck
Wenge fingerboard
Hipshot Ultralite tuners w/ D-tuner
Leo Quan Badass I bridge
Dunlop straplocks

New in 2008:
Nordstrand NJ4SV pickups
Audere 4-band 3ZB preamp

Next up:
a Hipshot 3 string retainer - to cure a slight rattle on the open A and replace the current sub-standard string tree.

a Hipshot A style bridge - I play this bass at church, plus I'm a science teacher and I'd like to show some kids the basics of playing bass. The giant word "BADASS" on the bridge is a bit embarrassing.

(larger pics in links will be sized for your screen)

Sorry if this is the wrong place to post, but have any of you Warmoth guys ever put a Warmoth neck on an SX body (jazz neck, jazz body). Just wondering in it's a perfect fit before I pull the trigger on the body.

Mongo, that fretless at the top of this page is BEAUTIFUL.
