i was wounder for when making a warmoth jazz bass with a walnut top, how dark the walnut would be? i kind of perfer the lighter looking walnut but for the two "unique" choices they are both dark. Does this mean that all are dark, or that the stock is the lighter version? if anyone has some Walnut basses they want to post, i wouldn't mind drooling over them.
Also what do you guys thing about a bubinga fretboard with a maple neck to match a mahogany core with walnut facing? (i'm new to custome basses, so im trying to learn about what would be best, also maybe the weight of it all together)
